How can i have a loop in every step time in Simulink?

Hi

here is my simulink

As you see i want this program to solve a loop by adding 0.001 to gama_star in every loop to finally find the preferred gama_star for every step time which is 0.002 second but at the first loop it adds 0.001 and then goes to the next step time without finding the best gama_star for the previous step time.

Does anybody know how can i fix this problem?
