Hi everyone,
I'm trying to plot a graph that results in a figure similar to the one obtained with the excel conditional formatting function, attached.
My data array has the following characteristic:
Lines: Series
Columns: Time (same for all series)
Row x Column: Value of a variable.
I need each series to be plotted horizontally, separately, and that the color of each pixel in this figure is relative to the value of the variable.
Can someone help me?

image() or imagesc() if you do not need separation between the adjacent rows.
When you use image() or imagesc() in this case, pass in an 'XData' option, as a vector with the first element being the first time and the second element being the last time from the time series. This assumes that the time series is sampled at regular intervals; if not then a different display method will be needed.
