hi i want to use image acquisition toolbox in my matlab project to acquire image from my lappy webcam to my m-file. i want to kw how to get image acquisition toolbox from internet

Yes, once you have paid for it and the order has been processed, you should be able to download it. Go to http://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/?s_cid=global_nav (and make sure you are logged in) and click on the "Download" link under "Licensed Products and Updates".
Note that there is no legal way to get the toolbox except from Mathworks or a distributor.

Or even if you have obtained the download files through other sources, to activate them for use without a valid licence.
