I have a Ph.D. in Physics with a thesis in experimental high-energy astrophysics. I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher for several years in the field of gamma-ray astronomy in institutes such as the Max-Planck-Institut fuer Physik in Germany and the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in the USA. I currently work as systems characterization engineer in the semiconductors industry.
