interpretation for answer code

Hi everybody I got this answer for my numerical calculation by matlab. What's the meaning of the details, like 'n' 'h' or'nh' or e-01 in the answer. Any help is appreciated.

Perhaps it would help if you told us your calculation?
(The 'e' is scientific notation and means times ten raised to the power of.)
