How to use Simscape to solve heat conduction equation?

Hi everybody.
I want to model an heat coduction problem given the temperature distribution in time on one side of the wall T(t) and the initial T(t=0) on the other using SIMSCAPE's THERMAL BLOCKS.
I tried this way:
With the signal modeled in this way
I'm not sure this is te corret way of do this because i obtain wrong results no matter wich parametr i change.
How can i set the problem in the correct way? Any hints?

I guess by "wrong results" you mean the measured heat flow rate doesn't make sense? I noticed you connected the heat flow rate sensor in parallel to the conduction component. It needs to be connected in series instead. Think of heat flow as current and temperature difference as voltage. Use the heat flow rate sensor like an ammeter.
