How to use Multiple MATLAB Licenses in the same Machine?

Current Machine Condition:
Machine1(Desktop): installed only "MATLAB Parallel Server" tool (license no: for example 100001)
Machine2(Laptop): installed "MATLAB","Simulink" and other tools (license no: for example 100002)
Machine3(Laptop): installed "MATLAB","Simulink","Optimization Toolbox" and other tools (license no: for example 100003)
All licenses(100001,100002,100003) belongs to indibidual Master licenses.
My plan:
1st task: Want to install or transfer lincense 100002 in Machine1 along with lincense 100001
2nd task: Then, want to use only "Optimization Toolbox" tool of lincense 100003 in Machine1 along with lincense 100001. No issue whether i am able to use "Optimization Toolbox" on Machine3 or not.
Our team would like to use Machine1 by remote access. Is it possible to do that ?

I am pretty sure that you can transfer a toolbox between users that are under the same master license. It is not difficult to do with network licenses floating licenses and with group licenses. It might need help from Mathworks Support for Standalone Named User licenses, and Support would refuse if the licenses are not under Software Maintenance, but it is a routine business operation.
Transfering between different Master Licenses, though... I don't know how that works. The only time that I recall that ever happened to come up in my job, had to do with a transfer between Academic and Standard (commercial) users, and I was not surprised when there wasn't any way to do that.
