Just started R2015a with failure

I just installed R2015a and started to run it. Then I got this:
Warning: Executing startup failed in matlabrc. This indicates a potentially serious problem in your MATLAB setup, which should be resolved as soon as possible. Error detected was: MATLAB:UndefinedFunction Undefined function 'setdbprefs' for input arguments of type 'char'. > In matlabrc (line 228)
What am I missing? Thanks. Jennifer
