Vertical Error bars from gauge accuracy

Hi guys,
I'm running some tests on an hydraulic system and I have gathered data at different pump rpms for pressure over time.
What I'm trying to do is to add some error bars to see if the curve fluctuation falls inside the error bar range. I have the pressure gauge accuracy (0.3) which I used for the error calculation. However, the result I obtain doesn't convince me, and I managed to get it just for one rpm value.
Can someone please help?

I am not certain what result you want.
I ran the code, and the errorbar plot completely covers most of the rest of it, so instead I would plot:
plot(x4, [y4-err; y4+err], '--k')
What else do you want to calculate and plot?
