I used this issuance of Matlab to plot my functions, and I want some information about its accuracy and how many issuances came after this issuance.

MathWorks releases two versions per year, named (for example) R2022a and R2022b. The most recent release is R2023a. If I have counted correctly, there have been 10 releases since R2018a.
There also a varying number of Updates to each version, which may include bug fixes. You can see and search the release notes for versions and updates.
To learn about the "accuracy", you will need to be much more specific about exactly what functions you are interested in.
