Problems with the forum webpage?

Why am I having problems with the forum page? The 'log-in' button appears in Chinese and when I ask a question the letters are not in the same format as before. Why is that?

I was able to file a Support Request, so I cited the URL for this thread and asked that they contact you rather than me.
