I have no idea what you mean by ‘bits problem’.
If you want to know if various versions of MATLAB are compatible with various operating systems, see: Platform Road Map for the MATLAB and Simulink Product Families.

MATLAB R2015b was the last 32 bit version of MATLAB.
In order to use MATLAB on a 32 bit system, you would need to obtain a license for the current version of MATLAB and then visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/select_release?mode=gwylf . There, on the right hand side, select R2015b from the list of earlier releases, and when the page for downloading comes up, ask for the 32 bit Windows version.
When I checked earlier this year, the only Windows-compatible computers I could find built within the last 8 years that would not support 64 bit Windows were some tablets built with one particular uncommon CPU, so my recommendation would be that you instead update your operating system to be 64 bit.
