How do I add another world frame to simscape multibody to get coordinate system of one part of my model to match the other?

There is one world frame currently in my model. It is directly connected to a port where I have a sled and track that are all fixed to the world frame coordinate system (this is good).
The other half of my model all follows a different coordinate system.
My thought is to add another world frame to fix this latter half of my model. But seemingly everywhere I think would be a logical spot to place a second world frame that is directly connected to the joint I want to fix I get this error message x12: "External Force and Torque External_Force_and_Torque_Cir has its follower port rigidly connected to the world frame; it has no effect. You can configure this diagnostic in the Simscape Multibody Configuration Parameters dialog."
How do I get all of my Simscape Multibody Blocks to be on the same coordinate system?
Thanks in advance!

You can avoid this error by setting changing a diagnostic setting from "error" to "none" (or "warning").
