- Units - are they defined in SolidWorks? Are they the same as in your calculation?
- Density - is it defined in your CAD model? Is it the same as in your calculation?
- Joint locations - are they at the exact location as in your calculation? Sometimes they may be not perfectly centered.
- Kinematics - were the joints defined as you expected?

i have imported a solidworks model to simscape and the calculated torques by my own dynamic modelling are different with the torques provided by simscape, i am wondering if it is possible that my link sizes have changed by importing to simscape, is it possible to check and change the sizes of links and how?

Hi - when you import from SolidWorks to Simscape, the sizes will match exactly what was defined in SolidWorks. If it does not match a separate calculation you have done, here are some things you should check:
The conversion process will not alter anything that was defined in the CAD model.
