Integrated Mean Square Error of an Error Signal

Hello everyone,
I have an error signal curve, e=X-Xref. How can I calculate the integrared mean square error?

The mean square value of any vector ‘v’ is:
MS = mean(v.^2);
Thje root-mean-square is just the square root of that:
RMS = sqrt(mean(v.^2));
