Uninstall Old version R2020a

Can I delete the older version R2020a now that I have R2020b ? old versions are occupying 13.55 GB

That is not how you uninstall a program. Perhaps the uninstall instructions in this answer will better guide you:

I interpretted your question as being if you could just delete the folder for 2020a.
Yes, you can uninstall 2020a.
