I am using MATLAB's antenna functions to generate a radiation pattern for an antenna. I am using this image for a wiki, where I need to specify the image license, so I am wondering how copyright works for graphs generated in MATLAB.

When you generate graphs, plots, or any visual output using MATLAB, the resulting images are typically not subject to copyright by MathWorks. Instead, the copyright of the generated images generally belongs to the creator of the content, which in your case would be you or your organization, assuming the underlying data is also owned by you.
