Problem 721. Convert from Base 10 to base 5
Convert the input number from base 10 into base 5:
for example:
if a(in base 10)= 5
then a(in base 5)= 10

It's a dirty way to handle this to put base 5 numbers into the form of a base 10 number. You really should be using a string representation for the number in another base, just as dec2base does.
