Input(m) - any matrix with integers
Output(n) - n(1)=number of odd elements, n(2)=number of even elements
Works also when input matrix m contains non-integers (NaN, Inf, non-integer rational numbers, irrational numbers).
Works because in each test matrix there's at least one odd value and one even value.
