While the problem description is correct, the title seems misleading to me ("Kelvin" instead of "Celsius")
Good suggestion. I made the change.
The test suite, as it currently is, is asking for the temperature in Celsius. The first problem is Ra = 0; C_correct = -273.15; That's the temperature in C, not K. Ra=0 translates to K=0, as both of those temperatures are absolute zero. (Bonus Pedantic note - It's just Kelvin, not degrees Kelvin.)
Not sure what change was made in 2016, but James is completely correct: the Test Suite is requiring input in degrees Rankine, and output in degrees Celsius. So the title and description should indicate "Rankine to Celsius".
